Join Master Hu Zhengsheng (胡正胜), one of the foremost masters of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, for an intensive Shaolin Staff (棍, gùn) Workshop in London.

The Shaolin staff is more than a weapon—it’s a symbol of the warrior monk’s discipline, resilience, and mastery. Revered as the “father of all weapons”, the staff embodies the essence of Shaolin combat and philosophy, rooted in centuries of battlefield practice and temple discipline.

In this rare and exclusive event, Master Hu will guide you through the foundational techniques, combat principles, and dynamic applications of the Shaolin staff. You’ll learn not only the movements but also the deeper intent and strategy behind them.

What You’ll Learn:

• Fundamental staff techniques
• Footwork, power generation, and internal alignment, with and without staff
• Application drills and combat principles with and without staff
• How staff skills translate into barehanded combat
• Set of 3 fundamental Gong Fa exercises from Shaolin and Xinyi boxing, for skill-building and health
