FOUNDATIONAL COURSE - XIAO HONG QUAN

This is the only place where you can learn the complete Xiao Hong Quan system of the southern courtyard of the Shaolin Temple. This style is the fundamental skill-building form of Shaolin boxing and serves as the basis for all orthodox Shaolin practices.

FOUNDATIONAL COURSE - STANCES & FOOTWORK

“A student of footwork beats a master of the fist”. This course will teach you proper stances and steps, the way they should be done in traditional Shaolin boxing. Ideal for both beginners and advanced practitioners who want to make sure that they’re teaching correctly.

FOUNDATIONAL COURSE - 3 PRIMORDIAL XINYIBA SKILLS

This course will guide you through the first 3 skill-methods that are taught to indoor Shaolin Xinyiba disciples (hunyuanzhuang, cuo gu, the eagle skill)

APE / MONKEY STAFF

Through this course, you will be able to learn the rare “Ape and Monkey” staff form, its strategies and principles. Many techniques in it can be traced back to ancient staff techniques recorded in the Ming dynasty manuscripts of Cheng Zongyou

SEVEN STAR SWORD (TAOLU)

The seven star sword course teaches one of the few still preserved Shaolin Jian forms. It is an advanced form, which coherently combines all the sword fighting fundamentals into a very aesthetic and powerful form. 14 application examples included.
