In this course, you will learn one of the few known authentic Shaolin Jian forms, with all its skill-building work and important combat exercises. Jian is one of the more complex and refined weapon systems, and a solid foundation in martial arts is required in order to learn it. Prior experience with other weapons, in particular, with spear or dao (broadsword) will be immensely helpful.
