Digital Courses:

All sales of digital courses are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a course has been purchased.

Books:

Books may be returned for a full refund or partial refund, provided they are in original condition and show no signs of use. If the book has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.

Merchandising Items:

Certain merchandising items may be eligible for refunds. For these products, please refer to the specific return policy of the partner company that delivers the goods on our behalf. We recommend checking their guidelines to ensure compliance with their terms.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@shaolinxinyiba.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We can offer the following options:

  • A replacement of the damaged item
  • A discount code for a future purchase

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

Training weapons, Swords and Restricted Items:

For items such as swords, please be aware that not all countries accommodate the delivery of such items due to varying laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with your local laws regarding the purchase and possession of such items.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shaolinxinyiba.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
